Monthly Brew, Thursday, November 21, 7:00 p.m. at Resident Culture: Join us for a casual night to meet other young adults from MPUMC.
Friendsgiving, hosted by the Agape class, on Saturday November 23 at 5:00 p.m. at the home of Lindsay and Peter Stewart. Please Sign up to bring an appetizer/side/dessert by November 16 so we can get a big enough turkey for everybody. We’ll provide the turkey, water, and tea. Bring your own drinks and kids are invited, too!

Young Adults and their small kids are welcome to a Christmas Party on Saturday, December 14 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at Mallory and Michael Fiery’s home. Join a Moms Group. This Wednesday group led by Rev. Jessica Dayson meets from 10:45-11:45 in room 103 through May 27. Childcare is available by advance reservation to Lisa Ross-Smit after signing up with Jessica.

Myers Park Readers, January 12, 7:00-8:00 p.m. in room 149: a book study that will analyze the theological concepts and themes within J.R.R.Tolkien’s, The Lord of the Rings series. The Relatives service group, September-May, 5:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m., Be part of the group serving dinner and hanging out with the children/youth. Once each quarter, we also try to do a fun outing such as a Knights baseball game. The Relatives is a transitional shelter for children and youth ages 7-17. Young Adult Class, Sundays, 9:45 a.m. in room 133: Join us for a laid back setting to meet other young adults, discuss scripture, and have a time of fellowship. Come as you are, when you are here!
Agape Sunday school class consists of young adults in their late 20’s and 30’s, many with children, but some without. This class meets weekly to grow spiritually and study God’s word via video series and other mediums. Frequent fellowship outside of class are a priority and includes family-friendly socials about once per month. You are welcome to join any Sunday at 9:45 in Room 262 of the Youth Building starting again August 25th (not meeting on Labor Day weekend). Want more information?
